American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her career began as an supporting character in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). She then played reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt and had a supporting role in the series that ran for a short time The Ex List. She was Kaylee as a young Moira on the opening season of FX's American Horror Story. She was Jessie Anderson's character in AMC's The Walking Dead. Sophie played her character in NBC's This Is Us. She also voices of many characters in the animated comedy series Family Guy. Since 2019, she has appeared as Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge grew up in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10, when her mother and her relocated to California [1The couple lived there for a year before settling in Mill Valley.
