Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American model and actress. An agent for talent discovered her talent and convinced her to pursue a career as a model or actor. In the end, after some thought and contemplation, she made the decision to quit university in order to work in the entertainment industry. In the film Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror she debuted and was disappointed with her performance. She put in a lot of effort to improve her acting talents and was featured in a number of low-budget movies in order to show her abilities. The road to this actor was not easy however his perseverance and determination were recognized. She received recognition fame and positive reviews for her performance in the movie Training Day after which her acting career began to take off. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 2 Fast and Furious, the Hitch Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans, and Holy Motors.
